We are all seeking knowledge.
Some use the term "Seeking the Light".
The thing is that we are all looking for some sort of "answer" to the questions
that are within us.
But we forget the fact that there many rads the lead to "The Light".
And many people are taught whatever their tradition is.
Many are influenced by their religion, some are even influenced by their families fraternal background.
But in essence we are all seeking the same thing.
As we travel down our particular road, we meet others.
Each who have been walking on their road.
But you have come to a point where your paths connect.
And you both are now seeing that your separate roads are now one.
Now the choice is yours; You can stand on your upbringings
and reject the teachings and ways of the other person.
Or you can understand what is before you.
A mutual path leading to the same place.
That person has had to at some point learned or heard something that they
truly made them feel that they were on the right path.
And if you were on the right path; Then so were they.
After all they both led to this place.
Remember that you can learn something from everyone.
And that the world works like a puzzle.
You will be given bits and "pieces" of information.
But you have to sort them out, figure where everything should go.
And put those pieces together in order to see the "big picture".
That person has one of those "puzzle pieces", just like you do.
To reject that person is just like rejecting a puzzle piece.
Religions and secret societies all believe that they have the answers.
When in actually they have "A" truth.
And it is only by the gathering together of all these truths that we will be able
to get all the "pieces" together so that we can first get some idea as to what
the "big picture" really is.
Unity is the key, the main obstacle that we need to get over.
If anybody had all the answers, then there would be immortals with divine wisdom walking around.
But there aren't. So that means that everyone is living a partial truth. Including you, including me.
I need your part, your puzzle piece in order to make my life complete.
Just like you need mine.
You can be a pauper who cant read, a professor for the worlds greatest university, a priest for the most
predominant church in town, the grand master of a fraternity or even the Dali Lama you need me
just as much as I need you.
I need your teachings, your viewpoints on those teachings. As well as your reasoning on the things I have been taught.
What have you learned while being brought to this meeting place that our Creator has brought us to?
Keep in mind that some people were raised in the worst of conditions.
With some of the most appalling beliefs in all of humanity.
But now they are there; With you...Why?
Everything you were raised to believe tells you to chastise or worse.
But your Creator would not have brought them (or you) this far just for you to end their journey.
Or have them end yours. With so many unanswered questions.
We are all here for a reason, none of us has the right to judge anyone.
After all we don't know who they are becoming.
True their path leading up to this point may be one that you would not choose.
But maybe they didn't choose that path to start with.
How many times have you heard stories about people who were raised in a household that they
later "escaped".
Or people who got involved in what they thought was a good cause only to find out
that they had joined a cult of some sort. And has seen their folly.
But they have not been exposed to a "better way".
So their actions and ways still reflect their upbringing.
You can reject or teach. And by teaching you learn.
Don't let it matter what that person was before you met them.
Accept everyone.
Know that the spark of life that is within you,is within them as well.
They are seeking just like you. There is not a single person who does not think about a "higher knowledge".
Religions,scientist and even atheist are looking for a "better understanding".
Trying to build on the things we think we know.
But just like that scientist, today this understanding is factual; But tomorrow?
And if we can all find what were looking for(all the little pieces).
Then we can understand, that we have just met our sibling.
